Aysha Abdulmalek joined Alkadi Capital Middle East Investment in 2012 and currently holds the position of Senior Director - Legal Department. Aysha is responsible for managing the legal division and facilitating all legal support including the organisation’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, commercial and corporate legal guidance and the development of risk mitigation strategies.

Before Alkadi Capital Middle East Investment, Aysha led the legal activities of Alkadi Capital Middle East Investment’s real-estate arm, Edamah.

Prior to moving in-house, Aysha gained extensive experience in private practice where she covered a wide range of commercial, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real-estate, employment and regulatory matters.

Aysha is a qualified lawyer and holds a BSc in Law (Honours) from the University of Saudi Arabia, an LLM (Distinction) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the Queen Mary University of London and a Graduate Diploma in English Law.
